Fear of losing is overpowering. This fear has resulted in too much disappointment and is not a good sign. Growing reliance of this fear causes withdrawal symptoms. My worry proved unheard and not reciprocated. Maybe because I never communicated my fear well to get it across with the intended meaning. But everything is inherent and ought to be a kind of self-understood. Am I bad at communicating or is the person not responsive and attentive (or shud i say sensitive) enough? Whatever I said dun hold water and it will never be. They do not stay in anybody's heart to serve as a reminder. There is no punch in any comemnt i made. Maybe I should have kept quiet all these while which I have began to do so.
ever thought about how life will be after losing someone dear? isit a world of darkness or a sense of relief for u? if it's the latter, perhaps u might need some mental therapist now upon imagining the scenario. perhaps thats a sign that true love is yet to settle upon u. true love here doesnt point to that between a guy n a girl but just innocent ones with your family and fellow friends. yet again, finding true love is not a good sign cuz the fear of losing begins to set in subsequently. that's when one may feel that it's better not to sink into the complicated love-hate relationships. remember, these relationships can refer to innocent family love, frienships and platonic love for friends. Will that discourage you from stepping further to know someone more, care more for this special one. it's not easy for a scorpio like me to place full trust and faith in everyone. in fact it can take ages cuz i tend to think too much, not skeptical but just somehow the fear of getting hurt is stronger. it's a struggle to handle such dilemma. How i wish i can stay out of this circle of trust so that everything is as simple as it appears to be. That is equivalent to me being a cold, heartless and emotionless earthling and anyone who is like this scares me off. I enjoy the closeness and emotional changes but i fear losing them. As a result there may be some invisible string to pull me back once things get slightly overboard. It's a major problem i experience and im still working on it. just like how i can take longer time to place faith in others, i will take slightly longer time to rectify myself. some random rumbling yet true reflection.

The Holiday is a good holiday movie! Sweet and purrfect for the holiday!! Jude Law is irresistable! Had two good meals on e eve of xmas eve and i think i zapped all activity in one day that left me with nothing today :(
Mount Emily and Waraku i must say the latter is still better. Mt Emily is just so so only, prolly cuz of the spaghetti that seems too simple and not appetizing. too creamy too, not the white milk cream but those tomato cream.. abit yucky tho! their beef burger is so much betta!

when will this long-lived rain stopped??? OT-ed till midnight today at ORQ and strong wind was blowing so hard at my legs not covered by slightly-shorter skirt and the face. COLD COLD.. BRRRRRR...
yet there's no cab in sight! OK ORQ is still new and so no cab waits at the under-utilized drop/off point. underpass leading to OB is closed by midnight so tried calling cab at ORQ lobby and goodness it took us almost an hour to get a cab! haizzzz maybe it's the rain, cabbies went home to snooooze and reduce their risk on the road in the heavy rain. and the cabbie i met was so weird - sticking to his honesty principle and so doesnt accept all cab calls with open destinations! wats wrong with ppl these days... cabs choose customers, destinations, and with/without pets. Pets can understand cuz fur can be dirty and sensitive to skin and nose. But choosing customers out of own convenience and earning capacity of customers' destinations is still unfair to customers! anyway, can still take a stand from cabbies la, if u r to drop off at jurong, how likely are they gonna get an other customer from there and have to incur cost driving to slightly more populated districts to pick business??!! they need a livelihood too. so make do with my luck lor. if call centre picks up my call, im lucky. If not, try harder!

something worth commenting and complimenting...
went Moonfish this afternoon to have lunch. this waiter handed me a glass of warm water after he took our orders. reason being he heard me coughing and phlegm was stuck in my throat kind of cough. being attentive, he gracefully responded to it! OMG!!! tat was so sweet and excellent service!!! *applaud* if only most ppl in service line is as sweet n dedicated, singapore service industry would not always hit the news for the negative comments alrdy.
this same waiter called JY "darling" wor!!! haaa.. at first was stunned by that. but shortly came the warm water incident which led us believing that he is just plain friendly and committed to providing service making customers feel comfortable.

very authentic korean food at Telok Ayer. decor of restaurant is very korean style, owned by koreans. reminded me of the 8 days spent in Korea.....

sand is single again! not to worry abt my status just tat Dar has just left an hr ago for Cebu for his youth exchange. im bf-less for 8 days!! sand has repented and is faithful forever! hahaha
made first visit to budget terminal cuz Dar and team took Cebu Airline. it's dame budget concept, the rooftop is made of those kampong metal material (the old folks call them sari material, dunno how to spell) but coated in glossy white and looks slighly nicer than the kampong style. the departure hall only has a huge Hans just outside the departure gate. and there were 18 check in counters which serve only 2 airlines. considering tat i was there at night, 12 were left idle, not many night flights mah.
from live commentary courtesy of Dr. Loke, inside the duty free area was shops like 7-11, Hang Ten, Genki Sushi, Mini Toons, Sports Connection etc. These are the daily lifestyle shops u see in neighbourhood malls lor.. well at least their image is consistent. Terminal 1 & 2 has Guardian, Sakae Sushi, Polo and Samsonite etc that are replaced by the alternative lower-end substitutes in the budget terminal. for the amount u pay, tats wat u expect. the shops are just fine ah, at least can still do some duty free shopping in there in familiar shops.
their logo is quite funky though. especially the one at entrance of the road leading to carpark.
not the normal proper Arial font but kinda Comic San style.
grrrr.. wanted to upload the pictures but apparently the computer is co-operating. comp has restarted for 4 times by itself tonight whenever i tried to open the file.. tats it! in the cold palace they go!
i have 8 days to recharged.. not myself but my work! haha can devote more time to working OT anyway i bet next wk is gonna be mostly OT days so Dar left at the right time. haha

My comp is back is back is back back back!!! phew... luckily no need reformat and managed to back up 16GB worth of stuffs. So little and the IT man still say alot! Dunch understand him! anyway so glad tat it's back safe and sound and hopefully it dun go haywire again! Thru the one wk, 2 major events. Spent my weekend at Phuket and just yesterday was DnD night (machiam wedding lidiat).

Dined at this Thai resturant that serves Thai food and Western food in thai style. Not too bad butt he waitress serving us was abit cmi in terms of her English. Dar asked the title of the album they are playing yet she thought we wanted it to be louder. hahaha She must be wondering weird customers she has. Thats the local famous cocktail. forgot the name, but it's some coconut with liquor n pineapple.
Went to watch Muay Thai, Thai Boxing. Tats like 1000THB (about SGD43). Decided that it's rare to see it so might as well go, since Dar likes boxing so much. And i dun regret! It's kinda sad to watch the matches but it's an eye opener. Mind keeps wondering y the kids will wan to subject themselves in the cruelty of boxing, being injured and run the risk of injuring their spines, their nose, and even death.
I was dame shocked and dumbfounded when a boxer got knocked out unconsciously. Could feel my eyes abit glittering cuz i couldnt fathom y must they do tat. It's cruel to the body. Their loveed ones must have always worried and prayed for them. That explains the rituals that were going on during every match, to pray for the players. Thailand is indeed religious and faithful budhhists. Every match will begin with ritual performed by one of the players and their trainers will give them their blessing.

Phuket was GREATTT!! haaa okk besides the free air tickets nothing else is free. There's no free lunch anyway! everything in Phuket needs money!!!! No complementary in any sort! even the sun bathing seats cost 2ooTHB!!! nearly fainted! they must have earned bug bucks there!!! it was an exciting trip right from the start, even before we departed! nearly missed the flight courtesy of Dr. Loke who woke up only at 530am which is the supposed meeting time! for once he's fast haha ... latest check in time was 620am and we only got a cab at 610am! bingo, the cabbie nearly fainted when i told him we need to reach airport in 10min.. 15min seems more reasonable tho. so gan jiong and to think that we would delay the plane or not even boarding the plane at all, god is on our side! jetstar queues were all tangled into messiness. Bangkok, Phuket and Hong Kong queues couldnt been identified and tat was when we were so relieved cuz there's no possibility the plane can take off on time!!! lolx tats a turn manx end up we only departed at 8! service of jetstar is deteriorating. so much better svc and organization last yr when i took to HK. no matter what we still manage to board the plane! Yippieee
Plane delay made in just nice for our diving trip if not will have to wait 2hrs after we touched down. hotel staff were friendly tho abit handicapped with English ability. I would say not too bad but there's room for improvement. Dunch like the tiles of the room but the rest of facilities and amenities were just fine. But i feel abit overcharged for the quality of the room lor. In any case, things in phuket were not very cheap esp the hotels cuz the rate i paid was kinda standard among other similar rated hotels. Nevertheless money paid and i enjoyed the stay there.
Diving at Phi Phi Don was not too bad. but i dint complete cuz of ear pain and cant go deeper than 2m so end up carrying the oxygen tank and feeding the fishes with bananas. hahaaa phuket fishes eat bananas hahaha something new huh but tat was a great experience cuz fishes kissed me! a slight sting feeling. feels great to be swimming among them. so fun!!
To be in the open sea enjoying the strong breeze, freedom and wilderness of the nature, tats so indescribable. How i wish i can do so regularly like every fortnight. Even discussed abt buying a yatch in future! haaaa tats like so XXXX but it shall remain a dream to be fulfilled. We will work hard towards it! *dreaming* BUT one thing i dunch like abt the speed boat was the super duper ultra small toilet. can hardly stand up straight cuz it was too low and small. Imagine i even had to squat down to wear my diving suit! *fainted* Dar dunno hit the roof how many times *ouch* will own a yatch with a bigger washroom *continues dreaming*
The landforms were like woahhhh. always see it in geography textbooks but now i get upclose and personal with them. the erosion of the rocks, coral reefs and sea creatures, so lovely!

Had dinner at this restaurant after instructor's recommendation. the kebaub is huge - chicken, pork n beef, big pieces! and they have an innovation way of keeping all their sauces in a basket such tat customers need not ask for them and simply choose from the basket, great convenience for the staff n customers. they dunch have mayo in the basket tho which Dar cant get enuff of.
2nd day was even better! at least it is less nervous cuz just kayaking and exploring the caves, wondering how the islands are formed, the lagunas inside each cave. im so amazed by them!!

Dar with our kayak guide. This guide is so informative n friendly! And we had more experience than the rest of the kayak teams. He even made a pair of flowers for me using straws sadly i lost it at the end while being pushed to the sea to swim in the open.

3rd day was spent waking up late, shopping and buying souvenirs!! spent all the money in 3 hours!!! and sun tan-ing!!! wanted to preserve my complexion for DnD but the first day alrdy had the diving suit mark on my body which look kinda ugly so end up giving up on sun block and uses suntan lotion!!! decided tot an evenly rather than some stripes here and there. So went to Patong beach to tan!!! Fabulous son, beautiful sea and cooling water! Ohhh sea water at Phuket is exceptionally saltish!! so much calcium and sodium chloride i had over the 3 days. came up with the theory that water is so saltish cuz many who sun tanned at the beach went into the waters and so did the sweat!! but it's still clean n clear despite being hit by tsunami 2 years ago. Could hardly see the damage by the tsunami but can imagine how devastating it was to the beach and ppl there esp when the shops n resorts were all low levels kind.

and we ended the 3 day outdoor, water-filled activities and anniversary celebration. wished there was more time to bask in the sun and enjoing the beauty of nature but the memoreis wont end. home sweet home!
