Sand had a great time on Mooncake Festival though without lanterns like last year. She joined some FTB-ers at Settlers' for some games. Supposedly to be some brainless kind but end up Settlers' games are not very brainless afterall. Strategy is the theme! They played Jungle Speed and Cloud 9. Jungle speed is about being flexible and having good eyesight and strong ability to differentiate objects. Cards of similar shapes and colours are shown and people with cards of either same shape or same colour has to snatch the stick in the middle of table asap. Initially the eyes tricked alot of times, okk Sand is slow la. She needs visual aid. While Zhu Ren is the ever-ganjiong one. Everything oso whacked. Her nails need some sharpening too. Sand is a victim for couple of times. New zhu ren's dad a.k.a married Mr. Lim is the disturbing distractor. Sit beside him is so stressful, always scare me with his ever loud voice. End up so exhausted.
Cloud 9 is nicer tho! Blur with game rules at the beginning but soon got the hang of it. Alot about trust and tactical lying. Perhaps it's occupational sickness, we were very skeptical. Even the waiter is curious with our occupation. hahaa... G session, tho short and in small group! And prata-ed at thomson! Yayyy. can never get sick of it! Courtesy of Parrot's mate-cum-Dar's ex schoolmate, Mr. Chua!
Haze is back after donkey years! okk it's an annual event but has never been worst since aeon years ago! visibility is bad and air is polluted. bad luck to audit in tuas these few weeks. so many ppl getting sick lately *prays for good health for my palz and myself, especially ppl who are flying and working late*
Anyway today on leave and was in good mood, until parrot mentioned something which i had forgotten. despite telling the truth that im not upset anymore she still insisted. small matter only ma! and for the person who unfortunately at the receiving end of my temper, im really fine after a night sleep. i apologize for being rude.
tat aside, planned for phuket's trip itinerary. took 3 nights of research cuz im spoilt by choices, information overloaded. Sooo happie! finally got it out after discussing with Dar. Cashless life is hard to lead. Compromise is the rule (as Dr. Loke always teach). Very satisfied with the itinerary still. Counting down liao. Sooo looking forward! A special celebration this year :) 55 more days!
