Wonderful weekend during the long labour day weekend! Was out at Ubin with FTB and tho the day didnt kick off well and smoothly, i managed to pack up all disturbing emotions and enjoyed my day out! It's by far the shortest but most enjoyable Ubin trip I have been to. The crowd is fun yet the times are short. Wonder how long more can we have such gathering and outing whereby all of us from varied backgrounds get to bond together as a harmonious group.
Indeed it wasn't my day. Cuz the moment i got onto the bike, a gush of uneasiness sets in, something like a bad omen and yet can't figure out what could happen. Well, i was out cycling in the nature, the only possile bad thing tat could happen is a bike accident. And indeed no matter how careful i tried to be, i still scraped my knee while going uphill somemore!!! It's meant to go wrong anyway. It isn't just a mere scratch. Quite painful actually but heck la, continued with the ride and fun. Worst thing is i ate seafood with FTB at ubin. The myth always go liek this - never eat any seafood or anything 'toxic' when u have an open wound. Oh well, i just did and more seafood and 'toxic' food for the past few days. Beginning to believe the myth cuz it's kinda swollen and hot and bleeding or rather the pus is still oosshing out. OK, enough of the gross details but it's still pain. Forget it, im just whining!
Here’s what happened when my knee kissed the ground…
Nasi Lemak brunch at Changi V.. Yummy.. Guest Apperance by Eng Orh’s dear
Everyone is waiting for draw money… apparently gers are more broke isit??
G shot!! First and only attempt!
At the Quarry.. lovely, clear water and great place for us to rest our butts..
And we realized that tortoises eat raisins too!
Coconut drink!!! Our saviour for the throat! And that’s where our desaru trip sets root! *Looking forward*
At Mamam Beach… where we began to think of seafood dinner!
Here it goes… Crabs and more crabs!
Parting shot from ubin!
And FTB never seem to be exhausted! Headed to 3 hrs KTV at Loyang Point and last minute proposal to prata at Thomson! haha.. and all ended well by 11pm!
At the same time im missing frenz whom i haven meet up for a long while... miao, mh, cynthia, ade, winnie, willie, jiayi, marc. Hope work is well for those working, exams have been smooth for those schooling and attachment will b a fruitful one for winnie! Looking forward to meet u guyz!
